About American Self Storage
American Self Storage sits in Dothan and takes boats and RVs along with regular self storage. The lot is fenced and you get in with an electronic keypad, so you can roll in at any hour. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. One names Amy and calls her the sweetest, and another says the staff is friendly and helpful. Others describe the place as clean and well taken care of, with climate controlled units and 24 hour surveillance cameras watching the grounds. It is not the cheapest option around. One reviewer put it plainly: pricey, but clean and maintained. Another dinged it because a gate would not open, though they said they would have given five stars otherwise. The rating sits at 4.8 from 21 reviews. Worth a look if you want a newer, gated spot and do not mind paying for it.
