About American Classic Storage
American Classic Storage sits at 1001 E Rochambeau Drive in Williamsburg, VA. It's a modern self-storage facility with climate-controlled units and ground-level drive-up access. They serve Lightfoot, Norge, Ewell, Burton Woods, and the surrounding area. Reviewers often mention the sign-up process and renting as smooth and easy. One customer praised Crystal for being helpful and organized from the first call to drop-off. Another liked that the paperwork could be done online and that a lock was included for free. The climate-controlled units get good marks, with one person saying it's worth the extra money. Safety comes up too: a single female reviewer said she feels safe going to her unit after hours. Not every review is glowing. One long-term customer mentioned price increases and a broken door stop that made moving things in and out difficult, plus no on-site trash disposal. The facility offers online payments, packing supplies, and dollies or moving carts. Call or visit the website to reserve a unit.
