About Amelia Storage Plus
On OH-125 in Amelia, this storage spot offers outdoor parking slips for RVs, boats, and autos. The lot sits behind a keypad-controlled gate, and cameras run 24/7. They also have self-storage units and sell moving supplies. It's under new local management that says it's upgrading the facility. Reviewers have mixed things to say. One camper owner parked here for about four years and called the price unbeatable, saying they'd come back. Another long-term renter had no issues and appreciated that someone answered after hours to help identify a unit. But others complain about late fees and lockouts, and one warns about rodents. The overall rating is 4.4 from 37 reviews. If you want a spot with security features and easy access to Clermont County, it's worth a look. Just read the recent reviews and ask about policies before you sign.
