About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Amelia, Ohio, and it handles more than household goods. The listing includes uncovered parking for larger rigs plus outdoor drive-up units in sizes from 5x10 up to 10x30, so you can pull up and unload instead of carrying things down a hall. Cameras watch the property and access runs around the clock. Reviews back a lot of that up. People mention how clean the place is, and the renting process comes up often, with several saying the online steps and phone app made it quick to get a space. One reviewer got help from a live agent at the lobby kiosk and called the employee helpful and courteous. The complaints are worth knowing. A few renters said the price climbed after they signed, one said it went up more than half in a year, and another reported a puddle from a leak that never got fixed. Rating is 4.5 across 324 Google reviews.
