Access Self Storage

About Access Self Storage

Access Self Storage sits in Woodbridge, NJ, and offers climate-controlled units in various sizes plus drive-up access. Reviews land at 4.7 stars across 232 Google ratings, and a lot of them mention the staff by name. People describe the front desk as pleasant, organized and quick to answer questions, and one reviewer said a staff member went above and beyond to get them into a unit late in the evening. The building reads as clean and neat in review after review, and several people note the unit selection process was easy, with staff walking them through options. A few mention a fast transaction at the counter. The one recurring gripe is the digital locking system tied to the app. Reviewers say it doesn't always work, and one reported a ten-minute struggle to get out. Amenities include 24/7 access, alarm monitoring, climate control, dollies and moving carts, and packing and moving supplies. Boat and vehicle storage are listed among the categories. Online payments and online renting or reserving are available, and the entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Hours apply, so it is not a 24-hour office.
