About AAAA Self Storage
AAAA Self Storage on the Norfolk side handles covered storage along with self-storage, vehicle and boat parking, and moving rentals. It sits in a spot that reviewers call easy to get to. The staff gets the most attention in reviews. People mention Amber and Lamonda by name for being polite and helpful, and one customer said the team treated everyone with courtesy even when things got tense. Others note the units are clean and the building is simple to enter and exit, with dollies on site. A few reviews mention the staff answering questions and making the process smooth. Not every review is glowing. One person complained about a dirty rental truck, another about a long lunch break at the office. The rating holds at 4.7 across 273 reviews, which says most visits go fine.
