What Ellijay RV owners pick
High 5 RV & Boat Storage earns a 4.9 from 33 reviews, with gates, cameras, and 24-hour access. Apple Country RV Resort has covered, indoor, and outdoor spots plus 60 reviews at 4.7. Bolt Storage runs 137 reviews at 4.5 and adds climate control, which matters when mountain temperatures swing. Ellijay Boat and RV Storage is perfect at 5.0 but only has five reviews, so treat that score as a starting point. Tails Creek Storage has a gate and no reviews yet. For boat owners, High 5 and Ellijay Boat and RV both list boat storage.
Covered or open air
Two facilities in Ellijay offer covered storage and two have indoor bays. Covered spots keep sun off the roof and gelcoat but still let heat build underneath. Indoor bays block hail and UV completely and are the better call if you care about the finish. Outdoor lots are usually the cheapest and easiest to find, but plan on waxing more often and covering tires. If you go outdoor, check the ground: gravel drains better than packed dirt after a mountain storm. Before you sign, confirm gate hours and whether the lot is lit. Four of the seven local facilities advertise 24-hour access, and Ellijay Boat and RV Storage lists lighting, which helps if you load after dark.
Rates and nearby towns
No prices are listed here, so call ahead and ask what the monthly rate includes. Ask whether the lot requires insurance and what proof they want. If your rig sits through January, pull the batteries and put them on a maintainer, and winterize the water system before the first hard freeze. Ellijay is close to Blue Ridge, Jasper, and Chatsworth, so a lot just outside town may still be convenient. Twelve nearby facilities give you options if the seven in Ellijay do not fit your rig.
