About Waller Storage Center
Waller Storage Center is a self-storage yard in Waller, Texas, and RV owners have used it for both short stays and long ones. It is gated and has cameras on site. Newer owners mention parking an RV there for a few weeks after buying nearby, and one says the owner helped on Memorial Day weekend and pointed them to a different spot when the first one did not fit. Longtime customers describe staff as friendly and the gate keypad as reliable. The reviews are not all warm. Several people praise specific staff by name and call the process easy. Others say the office is hard to catch and that one person there answers questions curtly. One reviewer wrote about a rude experience at the office, and a 2026 review mentions new ownership, added fees and management that felt impersonal. Call ahead for hours and payment details before you drive over. If you want a straight answer on rates and availability, going in person during open hours is probably faster.
