About USA Self Storage
USA Self Storage sits in Lonsdale, Arkansas, and serves Hot Springs Village, Fountain Lake, Jessieville and the towns around them. It's a self-storage facility that also handles RV storage, with drive-up access and a range of unit sizes. Climate control is available, and the site has 24/7 security monitoring. Reviewers tend to bring up the staff. One describes the manager as professional, friendly and accommodating, and says a manager on site makes them feel better about leaving their things there. Another calls the place professional, clean and secured. A third had a good word for the customer service and the size of the unit. Not every review is warm. One visitor came by on a Sunday expecting to buy packing materials, found the business closed despite the sign and lights being on, and left annoyed. Hours are posted, so it's worth checking them before you drive over. The facility scores 4.6 from 5 Google reviews.
