About US Storage Centers
US Storage Centers sits on West Carson Street in Torrance, and the reviews back up the rating: 4.8 stars across more than 860 of them. Staff come up again and again, with Cris and Vincent named for walking people through unit sizes and pricing without rushing. Several reviewers call the place cleaner than other storage centers they visited. For rigs, there are dedicated spaces for RVs, boats and automobiles. The facility runs 24/7 video recording and has cameras, and renters mention the free move-in truck, though you need to reserve it and return it by a set time. Online reservation is an option, and one reviewer landed a first-two-months promotion that way. Not every review is glowing. One long-time customer says things slipped after a management change, pointing to a broken access door and a smell in the building. Worth knowing before you sign. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking lot.
