About US Storage Centers
US Storage Centers runs a self-storage facility in Sebastopol, California. Drive-up access makes loading and unloading simpler, and there's 24/7 video recording on site along with an electronic access gate. You can rent or reserve a unit online. Google reviewers give it 4.3 stars across 219 reviews. Staff come up often in the feedback, and Heather and Trent get named for helping people through their first rental. One reviewer described a clean, well-maintained property; another called it pristine and said they felt their things were safe. People also mention unit size and clean units as things that stood out. Not everyone is happy. Some long-time customers who stored here before the US Storage name took over say cleanliness and security got worse and that they had trouble with pests in their units. Reviews like that are worth reading if you're weighing the place up.
