About U-Save Storage
U-Save Storage sits in Niceville and covers more ground than a typical storage lot. Alongside regular units, they rent climate-controlled spaces, and boat storage is on the list too. The property also includes residential rentals and commercial space like a small shop, restaurant and office. Reviewers tend to bring up the climate-controlled units. One person rented three of them for two years while building a house in Niceville and called the place safe and clean, with good service from Gina. Others mention Howell and Gina as friendly and accommodating. More than one reviewer says the pricing is reasonable, and one claims the best prices in town, adding they had no trouble with bugs or leaks in either type of unit. Not every review is about storage. A tenant wrote about a repair dispute and an eviction notice, and called the handling unprofessional. The rating sits at 3.9 from 13 reviews, so it pays to read through them before you commit.
