About Tustin Self Storage
Tustin Self Storage has been on the local scene since 1986 and runs under the Pouch Self Storage name, which has been in the business since 1979. Reviews land at 4.9 stars across 295 of them, and the theme that repeats most is the staff. Wendy gets named often for being friendly and quick to help. Gilbert and Ray come up too, usually for walking people through the paperwork without dragging it out. People describe the property as clean and secure, and several mention carts being on hand when they show up. A few reviewers note that not every unit has a light inside, so it is worth checking yours before you sign. Online payments and reservations are available, and the office sells packing and moving supplies if you run short mid move. The place sits in Tustin and is set up for personal and business storage alike. Secure document shredding happens on site. One reviewer mentioned a snag with a lease name entry that took a trip to sort out, so double check your paperwork details before you leave the counter.
