Trolley Trax Storage, LLC

About Trolley Trax Storage, LLC

A storage lot in Provo that rents space for RVs, boats, cars and general self storage. The reviews land around a 4.0 across 24 Google ratings, so it is not a spot with a spotless reputation, but several renters point to new management as the reason things turned around. What people say they like: managers who are friendly and helpful when you can reach them, and a lot that some renters describe as clean and safe. One reviewer called the new management awesome and said old issues got fixed. The complaints are worth reading before you sign. Renters have written about the office being empty during posted hours, hard-to-reach phone lines, cracked concrete, dusty units and a unit that smelled of motor oil. There are also stories about vehicles and trailers getting towed from paid spots and about billing that continued after a written notice, so get your terms in writing and keep records.
