About The Storage Mall - Rush
Outdoor parking for RVs, boats, and cars sits behind a gated entry at this Rush facility, with 24 hour access and lit grounds so you aren't fumbling around after dark. Cameras cover the property. It's locally owned and run, and units are drive-up, so you pull right to your spot. Reviews are mixed. Several people call the place clean and well kept and praise the staff, with one longtime tenant saying they never worry about their belongings. Others describe the property as rough around the edges and mention rate increases and turnover among managers. A renter also reported water getting into a unit and slow follow-up on a call. Booking was easy for at least one customer, who only had to bring a lock. Online bill payment is offered. The site has a manager on hand for questions, though hours aren't 24/7 for the office itself.
