About The Storage Hound
The Storage Hound sits in Rome, Georgia, and handles more than self storage. Covered and uncovered boat and RV parking are both on the menu, alongside climate controlled and standard units. Access runs on personalized gate codes, so you can get to your rig any time of day or night. Cameras and security lighting cover the grounds. Reviewers keep coming back to that. One called the site well maintained and secure, and another said they felt safe no matter the hour. Others mention clean units and a setup process they handled online. The reviews aren't unanimous on service. One person praised the communication and help with delivery issues, while another found the remote, owner-run approach short on customer service. Worth knowing before you commit. On the plus side, several reviewers called the price competitive, and one noted a non-climate unit stayed dry through nine damp Georgia months. You can rent online and move in right away.
