About The Storage Guy, LLC - Springfield Storage
The Storage Guy runs a family-owned storage operation in Dane, just outside Madison. Units are climate controlled, heated, cooled, and dehumidified, and the site is fenced with a security gate and 24-hour access. Semitruck access is available if you're bringing something big. Reviewers keep mentioning Jeff and Aaron by name. People say they answer the phone, show units right away, and walk you through getting in and out. One person storing a car said the team checks the vehicles and battery tenders often, and another called the facilities spotless and easy to access. Several reviews mention quick responses when issues come up, which is the kind of thing you notice when you're not around much. There are also storage condominium units if you want to buy rather than rent, with separate metered power and overhead doors.
