About Superior Storage
Superior Storage in Mint Hill is a local spot that does self storage and also runs as an authorized U-Haul dealer. They offer 24/7 security and gate access, and the property is well lit. Online payments are available, and they sell packing and moving supplies. Reviewers often mention Bill, who seems to be the guy at the desk. People call him friendly and helpful, and a few note that the office was open on a Sunday when they had trouble with an online rental. One long-term customer said online pay was a breeze and the gate system quick. They also mentioned the units are well lit inside and out. The U-Haul side gets mixed notes. Some trucks are clean and ready, but one reviewer got a truck with a dead battery, and another said the truck was loud and out of line. If you're renting a truck, give it a quick look before you drive off.

“Rented a U-Haul from this location, I did the rental online, and when I went to pick up on a Sunday I had some technical issues on my end, thankfully the office was open on Sundays (not typical to find in the storage business) I went…” – Amelia P., 3 years ago, on Google
