Sunset Self Storage

About Sunset Self Storage

Sunset Self Storage runs three locations around Jesup, and reviewers who have used more than one say they stay clean and well lit at night. There are cameras on the property, and people writing reviews mention feeling safe leaving their things there. Renters also point to the fair pricing. The rental process draws the most comments. Several people describe it as easy, with clear information handed over in a timely way. One notes you can't always finish everything online and that a call or text gets you the codes and unit number. Another says a motion sensor took some waving before the gate recognized them, so give yourself a minute at the entrance. Climate controlled units come up as clean and easy to maintain. Automatic payments help if you'd rather not think about the bill. Staff are described as helpful and friendly, with a knowledge of the property that shows when you ask questions. One reviewer had a gate problem on move-in night and had to pay for an extra U-Haul day. If you're assigned a unit, confirm which of the three Jesup locations it's at before you drive over.
