About StorPlace Self Storage
StorPlace Self Storage on the Murfreesboro side runs a gated property with onsite cameras, and reviewers keep coming back to that. One customer wrote that they felt secure the whole time they rented, citing the fence, the cameras, and the neighborhood. Another called the grounds clean and safe and the prices competitive. The office gets named a lot. Anna and Tiffany come up by name for tracking down the right size unit and keeping a family in one place. Stephen is remembered for recognizing a returning customer. Reviewers describe a rental process that is easy to follow and staff who send payment reminders without any grief about it. Cleanliness shows up in review after review, including one long-term renter who spent 15 years in a climate controlled unit and reported no bug problems. Climate controlled units are available, and renters mention a range of sizes. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible. Hours are posted; it is not open around the clock.
