About StoreEase Self Storage
StoreEase in Plain City runs on an app, not a front desk. Reviewers mention keyless entry and shareable access, so you can get to your unit without hunting down a manager. One called the sign-up super easy with a virtual assistant's help. The place is clean and the aisles are wide, according to reviews. Climate control comes up too, and a few people mention heated units. Storage options include spots for boats and RVs, and there are outside parking spaces. One reviewer felt the units were a bit pricey but called the outside spots pretty cheap. A couple of reviews stand out. One person gave three stars because everything is electronic and they missed having real people on site. Another warned against buying auction units here, claiming the spaces get staged. The majority, though, praise the staff by name and the simple tech. If you want an easy rental and don't mind an app, this place fits.
