About Storage Zone
Storage Zone sits right where Loop 289 meets Ave. P in South Lubbock, so getting a rig in and out is about as simple as it gets. The property is fully fenced and lit at night, with electronic gate access and cameras watching the grounds. It opened back in 1994 and has been running ever since. You can rent online or pay online when the office is closed. The onsite office has a manager on duty during business hours, and reviewers keep bringing up the staff by name. Lillie, Kassandra, Leah, Lillian and Alazaiy all come up in reviews for being helpful, patient, and clear about how the process works. More than one person mentions same-day move-in and a quick, easy rental. The facility handles self storage, climate controlled units, and automobile and boat storage, plus packing and moving supplies, dollies, and move-in trucks on site. The lot is wheelchair accessible from the entrance to the restroom. At 4.9 stars across 175 reviews, the service is clearly doing most of the talking.
