About Storage-US
Storage-US in Gardena gets a 4.6 from 22 Google reviews, and the theme that keeps coming up is staff. Reviewers say the person in charge is friendly and treats your belongings like his own. One mentions a young lady who helps out too. Price is the other big draw. Several people say it costs about half what you'd pay at a public storage, and they don't make you jump through hoops to get to your stuff. The place is described as very clean. A few reviewers flag limited hours: closed by 4 pm on some weekdays and only open 9 to 3 on weekends. One says they've gotten a busy signal when calling. That's worth knowing if you need flexible access. Units are not climate controlled, which one reviewer says probably helps keep prices down.
