About Storage Star
Storage Star sits in Pasco near US-395, which makes it an easy pull for rigs heading toward the Columbia River or running through the Tri-Cities. RV and boat owners use it for outdoor vehicle parking, and there are self-storage units on site along with climate-controlled space. The yard is gated with video surveillance and has wide-angle mirrors on the pathway corners so you can see around turns. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 193 ratings. The manager, Justin, comes up often in reviews, and people describe him as easy to work with and quick to answer questions at move-in. Cleanliness is the most mentioned topic, followed by staff and easy access. Online rental gets a few nods too, with one reviewer saying they had a unit within minutes. Not everyone is happy. Some reviewers describe sharp rate increases and trouble reaching anyone by phone, including when the office sign was lit. That pattern shows up in more than one review, so it is worth knowing before you sign.
