About Storage Star
Storage Star sits in Mead, just north of Spokane, and rents self-storage plus dedicated parking for RVs, boats, and cars. Leases run month to month, and units come in a range of sizes. Drive-up access means you pull right up to your door instead of hauling gear down a hallway. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Jason and Terri get named a lot, and people describe them as helpful, kind, and quick to sort out sizing, pricing, and paperwork. One renter said the whole setup took about 10 minutes. Others call the place clean and the gate secure. Not every review is glowing. At least one person got stuck with an automated phone system and couldn't reach a live person at the Mead location. If you need to talk to someone, stop by the office during hours. There's coffee and water there, which a few reviewers mention as a nice touch.
