About Storage Sense - Springfield - North
Storage Sense on Springfield's north side runs an indoor facility with climate-controlled units and drive-up access for easy loading. Keypad entry, recording cameras and a full fence and gate cover the security side. Leasing is month to month, and you can rent online in a few minutes, pay bills online and set up automatic payments. Reviewers tend to bring up the manager, Jana, by name, describing her as friendly and clear about the rules, responsibilities and what to expect. Several mention their unit was clean and ready the same day they asked. Others signed up entirely online without calling anyone, some saying it took under half an hour. One long-term customer says they've rented through several owners over the years. A truck driver noted they could pull in and unload with a semi, though trailers aren't allowed. The property is wheelchair accessible and the staff are described as LGBTQ+ friendly.
