About Storage King USA
Storage King USA on Avenue H in Rosenberg handles self-storage, boat storage and RV parking, and it has been in the storage business for more than 20 years. The property runs video recorded security and alarm monitoring, and some units are climate controlled. Dollies and moving carts are on hand for load-in days. With 188 Google reviews averaging 4.8 stars, most of the feedback centers on the managers. Reviewers name David Watkins, Ms. Sharon and Randi, and describe them as quick to answer calls and emails, patient with questions, and good at matching people to the right size unit. One renter came back a second time and noted that Randi checked in on how the move was going, which they said is rare at storage places. People also mention the space itself, the upkeep of the property and the price. One review stands out for the wrong reason: a person who never moved in asked to cancel and said they were refused a refund. Worth reading before you reserve. The office keeps set hours, so call ahead to confirm availability for your rig.
