About Storage King USA
Storage King USA runs a self-storage facility in Newhall, serving Santa Clarita and the surrounding area since 2003. Units come in a range of sizes, and climate-controlled space is available. Security includes alarm monitoring and a video recorded system, and you can pay online or pick up packing and moving supplies on site. UHaul truck rental is offered too. Reviewers often call the place clean, and several mention it feels new. Value comes up a lot, with people describing the units as affordable and the rates as good. Staff get steady praise for being kind and patient, whether they are helping someone pick the right size unit or move an account to a smaller space on the same floor. A few reviewers said signing up online was easy, with a quick check-in at the office to confirm identity. Others tell a different story. Complaints include rent going up shortly after a promotional period and long waits on the phone or at the counter. One long-term renter has stayed seven years and says they would not go anywhere else.
