About Storage Direct Self Storage
Storage Direct sits on Francis Ave, about 10 minutes from downtown Spokane, and it takes cars, boats and RVs along with regular household units. The property is gated with 24-hour video surveillance, and customers get gate codes for daily access from 6 to 10. An on-site manager is around during business hours. Reviews point to the staff more than anything else. People name Andrew and Candace for being friendly and quick to help, including getting a rig through a wider gate when the main one was too tight. The online signup comes up often too, with folks saying they finished paperwork at home and just showed up on moving day. More than one reviewer calls the pricing upfront and among the cheapest they found. The one recurring gripe is the gate hours. A late-shift reviewer wished for access past 10pm. Units are drive-up or ground level interior, and the common areas get called clean. You can pay your bill online.

What renters mention
“They are very friendly. Quick sign up process. I have done it online but Actually it was faster in person then on my phone. The only thing I don't like is that I can't have 24 hour access. That would be the only complaint I have.” – Mad M., 5 months ago, on Google
