About Storage 365
Storage 365 sits in Rockwall and handles self storage, including covered parking for trucks, boats and RVs. Rentals go through an online process, and online payments are part of the setup. Hours are posted, so it is not a 24/7 gate. Reviewers keep bringing up Jason, the manager. One person looking for covered parking for a 26 ft box truck said he stayed available for questions the whole way through. Another wrote that he offered to meet on his day off just to get them signed up. The staff come across as the reason people recommend the place. The facility itself gets called clean, and one reviewer described the signup as quick with no headaches. With 8 reviews and a perfect 5.0, it is a small sample, but a consistent one.
