About Stor-It Self Storage
Outdoor parking for RVs and trailers sits on a fully lighted, fenced lot off Chicago St in Caldwell. Units have overhead roll-up doors and drive-up access, and an on-site manager is around to answer questions. Gate access runs 24/7. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff. The manager gets named more than once for calling people back quickly and helping them find the right space, and others describe renting as quick and simple, whether they reserved online or sorted it over the phone. One long-term customer said they felt like family. Not every review is glowing. One renter couldn't get through the gate on the first try and had to come back the next day. The company is women-owned, offers U-Haul and moving supplies, and takes online payments. Availability is first come, first served, so it helps to call ahead.

What renters mention
“Ever since we moved here 3 years ago, we have used Store-It Self Storage as our storage place. We've parked trucks, trailers, and had 3 different size units. We still have 1 until and 1 space with our trailer being utilized.” – Tiffany L., 5 years ago, on Google
“I’ve had them since March 2025. This company is professional and quick to help you. I do know that it’s FCFS on the units. I was able to switch to a 10x20 from a 5x10 which was 4x the space I had. Quick and luckily it was available.” – DAILY (., a year ago, on Google
“Renting a storage unit with Stor-It was easy as pie. I reserved a unit online and received the call very quickly. Every detail was taken care of over the phone and online.” – MJ P., 5 months ago, on Google
