About SpareBox Storage
SpareBox Storage sits in Bentonville and rents self storage, with some boat and RV space listed among its categories. The property is gated, and renters can pay online. It's veteran-owned and women-owned, per the listing. Reviews land at 4.4 stars across 194 Google ratings. People call out the office manager and describe the renting process as easy. One reviewer thanked Kim by name for sorting out paperwork and a move-out. Others mention clean units and a location that works for them. Not everything is smooth. Several reviewers say their gate code stopped working, and one points out the gate locks at night, so 24-hour access isn't really there. Another describes unit doors that didn't feel water tight. A long-term renter left over a price increase. Worth reading the reviews before you book.

What renters mention
“I had two services that I needed help with. I spoke with Kim, an agent for SpareBox, Storage. She was friendly and efficient. She was able to help me receive some paperwork I needed, and also set up my move out of two storage units.” – Bkpk4fun, 2 years ago, on Google
“Good safe place for storage. They always took great care of notifying of issues. My only problem was the price doubled in 4 years but everything has. Only moved out cause I no longer needed it” – Heather M., a year ago, on Google
“Shelly was very patient and helpful. She answered all my questions even if I asked it more than one time. She had a very pleasant attitude towards someone that isn't technically literate.” – Virginia C., a year ago, on Google
