About Space Center Mini Warehouse
Space Center Mini Warehouse on the north side of Decatur rents indoor storage units and also lists itself for cars, boats, and RVs. The place has been around long enough that one reviewer says they used it back in the 80s and came back satisfied. Reviews are mixed. Several people mention Barbie, who runs the office, as extremely nice and quick to offer coffee or hot chocolate while you're there. Others say the units are clean and their stuff feels safe. A few complain that it's hard to catch someone in the office to pay a bill, and one person had trouble with a gate code and couldn't reach anyone after hours. Another said everything in their unit got wet. It's a straightforward local operation, not a chain. If you want indoor space for a rig, call during office hours and ask what's open.
