About Southway Mini Storage
Southway Mini Storage sits at 4841 Southway Street Southwest in Canton, Ohio. They rent indoor and outdoor units for RVs, boats, and general storage, with sizes from 5x5 up to 20x20 listed. The place is gated and has cameras, and access is available 24/7. Reviewers often mention the facility is clean and secure. A few praise Michele in the office for being helpful and easy to communicate with. Security cameras and lighting come up in reviews, though one person wished for more light bulbs. Others note the office hours can be unreliable, so call ahead before you plan to pay or move in. One reviewer had a billing mix-up that led to their lock being cut. Another mentioned the free truck offer requires full coverage and a deposit. Overall, it's a straightforward storage spot with some operational quirks to know about.
