About Snapbox Self-Storage
Snapbox Self-Storage sits on Lord Baltimore Drive in Windsor Mill, just off I-695 near Security Blvd. It is a fully indoor facility with climate-controlled units and keycode access around the clock. You can pull your car right into the building and park near the elevators, which reviewers mention again and again. The place earns its 4.8 rating mostly on staff. Reviewers describe the manager as helpful, patient, and good at steering people toward the right unit size rather than upselling. Cleanliness comes up a lot too, along with feeling safe inside. One long-term renter said two years of storage brought no moisture or mold issues. Others like the online rental process and the carts on hand. Not everything is perfect. One reviewer wished they could reach someone at the location directly instead of regional customer service. If you are storing a rig or just household goods, the drive-through layout is the draw.
