Smooth Sailing Storage

About Smooth Sailing Storage

This is a small storage lot in Dayton that takes boats, RVs, campers, trailers, cars and trucks. It sits about 5 miles from the lake, which is the main draw if you spend weekends on the water. The gate is controlled and access runs around the clock. Reviews are mostly positive, though there are only 8 of them. People say the owners are accommodating and that signing up online was easy. They also call the property clean, organized and well kept, and a few mention security as a strong point. One reviewer summed it up as a nice place to keep an RV. Not everyone had that experience. One customer wrote that a paid space was rented out from under them and that the gate code got canceled, and they described the customer service as poor. So ask how reservations are handled before you commit. Rates aren't listed here.
