About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Sterling Heights and pulls customers from Rochester Hills, Waldenburg and Clinton Twp. It handles more than household goods. Covered vehicle storage is on the menu, along with climate-controlled units and drive-up access, so an RV or boat has a place to sit. Cameras watch the property and the driveways are wide enough to swing a bigger rig through. Reviews land at 4.9 stars across 673 of them, and the staff carries most of that weight. People mention Alex and Jenna by name for walking them through questions and the leasing paperwork. One reviewer storing a vehicle said there was always someone on site doing maintenance, the gate stayed open for bigger loads, and they had zero issues. The same reviewer mentioned the price going up on a month-to-month unit, so ask about rate changes before you sign. Deals like a first month free show up in the listings. Moving and packing supplies are sold on site if you need them.
