About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Pompano Beach and pulls in customers from Deerfield Beach and Imperial Point. It's a self-storage spot with climate-controlled units and drive-up access, and the property is gated with cameras and 24/7 entry. Reviewers talk a lot about the staff, especially Mitzie. She gets named for helping people pick the right unit and making the rental process easy. One customer said she found them a downstairs unit at a great price. The office is clean and the moving process is quick, according to other reviews. Not every review is positive. One person reported a break-in and felt the response was slow. Another complained about rate increases every six months with no long-term lease options. It's worth asking about those things when you call. For RV owners, the wide driveways and vehicle storage options are a plus.
