About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Morrisville, near Carpenter and Clegg, and rents outdoor space for vehicles along with climate-controlled units and drive-up storage. It is a self-storage facility first, with vehicle parking listed among what it offers. The 4.9 rating across 686 Google reviews leans heavily on the people. Reviewers call the staff courteous and informative, and one mentions an employee who stayed after closing to finish setting up an account. Others describe walking through the rental process quickly. A few reviews mention unit size and how clearly the lease was explained. Not every review is glowing. One customer wrote about a monthly charge that came in higher than the advertised rate. Another cited a gate that breaks often and leaves and debris collecting against unit doors. Cameras watch the property, and the driveways are wide, per the facility. If you want a parking spot for a month, the on-site staff can walk you through it.
