About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop sits on Sierra Highway in Lancaster, serving Palmdale, Quartz Hill and Desert View Highlands. Units are climate controlled, driveways are wide, and cameras watch the property. Vehicle, boat and RV storage are among the options listed. Reviews lean heavily on the staff. Phoebe and Michael come up by name, and plenty of people describe the crew as polite and welcoming. The rental process gets called quick and easy, and more than one reviewer liked getting a bigger unit than they expected. Some long-term renters tell a different story. One writes that rates climbed steadily and another says a unit was broken into. Those posts are in the minority against roughly 1,470 reviews and a 4.9 rating, but worth reading before you sign. A first month free special is mentioned, and moving and packing supplies are sold on site.
