About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Kingwood, Texas, and offers climate-controlled units, drive-up storage, and vehicle storage for RVs, boats, and cars. The facility also sells moving and packing supplies. Wide driveways make it easier to maneuver a large rig. Most Google reviewers give it high marks. They mention polite staff by name, like Meagan, who walked them through the rental process and answered questions thoroughly. The clean environment and easy online rental come up often. One reviewer switched from a competitor and liked the price. Not every review is positive. A few describe theft from units and say management was unhelpful afterward. Others report poor communication since a management change. The majority of the 745 reviews are positive, but read the recent ones yourself before you commit.
