About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits in Foley and pulls customers from Magnolia Springs, Elberta, and Orange Beach. Indoor and outdoor storage are both offered, and the site has cameras and climate-controlled units. Driveways are wide, which matters if you're swinging a trailer around. Reviews lean positive, with a 4.7 average across 717 Google ratings. Staff get the most mentions, and people describe them as polite and friendly. Reviewers also call out clean facilities and clean units, and a few mention staff helping them sort out which unit fit. Some renters flag rate increases and say they weren't notified, and one reviewer describes a climate-controlled building without working AC. Vehicle storage, drive-up units, and moving supplies are all listed. Online rental is an option. Hours are posted but the office isn't open around the clock, so plan your drop-off accordingly.
