About SmartStop Self Storage
SmartStop Self Storage sits on McCullough Rd in Boiling Springs and pulls customers from Inman, Valley Falls, and Converse. They rent climate-controlled units and outdoor, covered, or indoor spots for RVs, boats, trailers, and cars. The drive aisles are wide, so backing a big rig in is less of a squeeze. The place is gated with keypad entry and cameras running all the time. Grounds are lit and kept clean. You can rent online and pay online, and rentals go month to month. A resident manager is on site. Reviewers keep bringing up the staff, especially David and Mike, for being patient and helpful. One person mentioned they fell on hard times and management worked with them. Others call the facility clean and secure. With 382 reviews and a 4.9 rating, most folks seem to leave satisfied.
