About Smart Moves Storage
Smart Moves Storage sits in Rainbow City, Alabama, near the main roadways and downtown. Units run from 5'x10' up to 15'x50', so there is room for a small trailer or a full-size rig. Drive-up access and roll-up doors make backing in easier. The gate is locked and cameras watch the property around the clock. Bright LED lighting keeps the lot visible after dark, and renters get 24-hour access. Reviews back this up. People call it well lit and say they feel safe leaving their things there. Cleanliness comes up often, and staff get the most praise of all, with one reviewer saying they went above and beyond. One renter did report a mix-up: they booked a 10x20 online and were given a 10x10, then waited on a call back. Worth knowing before you reserve. Most other feedback is positive, with repeat customers praising the location and the way the property is run.
