About Simply Stor-It
Simply Stor-It is a self-storage facility in Longview, Texas, renting both indoor and outdoor units plus boat and RV storage. Rentals run online, and units come climate controlled or not, depending on what you need. They also do U-Haul rentals and sell boxes and packing supplies on site. The reviews are mostly kind to the staff. Patrick and Chuck come up by name, described as friendly and quick to answer questions. Cleanliness is the thing reviewers bring up most, along with feeling safe; people mention the cameras and how well lit the place is. One person moving from out of town said the team worked with their family on timing, and a few appreciated the flat dollies for loading boxes. Not every review is glowing. One former customer complained about people living in the drive-thru and mold left in the open air area for weeks. Another liked everything but the gate hours, wishing access ran later. Stop by and walk the property before you sign.
