About Simply Secure Storage
Simply Secure Storage sits in Hastings and draws renters from around the Twin Cities metro, including Woodbury and Cottage Grove. The place is new, fenced and brightly lit, with 24/7 video surveillance and a fully automated gate. You can rent online at any hour, pay online, and get gate access through Bluetooth once you're set up. Reviewers keep coming back to how clean it is. One called it the cleanest storage place they've seen, stalls immaculate. Others mention getting a 26-foot truck in and out without trouble. The staff, including Chad and Vanessa, get named for being friendly and quick to work with, and one renter said switching units went smoothly. Not every review is glowing. A long-term customer said they gave notice properly but got billed for the month after moving out and never saw the refund. Another had a billing hiccup at move-out that a call with the owner cleared up. Worth reading the fine print on notice. All units are drive-up.
