About Simplex Storage
Simplex Storage sits at 454 W 1600 S in Springville and handles outdoor RV and boat parking alongside regular self storage. The lot is gated with electronic entry, and access runs 6 AM to 10 PM daily, so you're not stuck waiting for a office to open before you hitch up. Reviews lean heavily on the people. Danielle and Samantha come up by name again and again, and renters describe them as kind and quick to help. Cleanliness is the other theme, with 40 mentions, and plenty of folks call the place well maintained. One reviewer said they compared prices in Mapleton, Springville, Spanish Fork and Payson before settling here. Leases are month to month, and the site offers climate controlled units if you need them. It's a 5.0 rating across 265 Google reviews, which is rare for storage. The facility is wheelchair accessible, and several reviewers mention the rental paperwork going fast. Call to reserve a spot or set up a tour.
