About Sentinel Self Storage - Dover, DE
Sentinel Self Storage sits on North Dupont Highway in Dover, and it covers more than the usual row of drive-up units. Indoor units, warehouse space and climate-controlled options are all on site, which helps if you're parking a rig that shouldn't sit in the open. The grounds are fenced with keypad entry, security lighting and 24/7 video surveillance. Reviews land at 4.7 stars across 153 of them, and the front desk gets most of the credit. People name Shirley, Angie and Charlotte by name, describing staff who walk you through unit sizes without rushing, explain everything on move-in day, and stay kind through a move out of state. One long-term customer of more than 10 years singled out Charlotte. There are also notes about military-friendly service and helpful info on reservations and online payments. One reviewer describes a serious dispute with management over access and a refund. It's a single account against many positive ones, but worth knowing before you sign.
