About Security Self Storage - Syene
Security Self Storage on Syene Road in Madison rents climate-controlled units to students and residents. Reviews split on the place. Several renters mention clean units and a manager named Josh who handles requests well. Others describe billing problems, including charges before a lease was signed and price increases written into the contract. Read the fine print on temperature. One reviewer points out the agreement says they are not directly responsible for the temperature inside, so don't assume climate control means guaranteed conditions. Another notes the contract allows price adjustments with 30 days notice by email or letter. There is no staff on site, but a caller reached someone staffed around the corner. Reviewers also mention autodebit for payment and added lights and security in the back. It sits at 4.0 stars from 24 Google reviews, so go in with your eyes open.
