About Secure Storage
Secure Storage sits in Waukegan and runs as a self-storage facility that also takes boats and RVs. Reviewers describe the lot as well lit and kept clean, and several mention the secure lot specifically. It is not a 24/7 operation, so plan your drop-off around posted hours. The staff is what comes up most. Reviewers name Deanna and Priscilla again and again, calling them professional, accommodating and willing to explain everything. One person said Priscilla helped lift something heavy into the unit. Another mentioned carts and help carrying items. Not every review is glowing. One person reported mice and damage to stored belongings. Another called it basic exterior dry storage, fine for tools and supplies, and suggested looking elsewhere for anything valuable. Worth reading the full reviews before you commit. Online payments and moving supplies are available on site.
